Summary
This is an animal book with a difference. It tells the story about US soldiers and the dangers they face in war. During their time in Iraq they have developed relationships with stray cats and dogs and have come to rely and cope with the horrors of war. Terri Crisp has made it her personal mission to reunite these 'war buddies' together with their soldier companions. Since 2008 she has rescued more than 223 dogs and 42 cats, reuniting them with the soldiers who love them
