Summary
Private detective Michael McGill received a call from the president's chief of staff, to look for the "backup" and "secret constitution" devised by our Founding Fathers, to be used to "drive the country back to a time when civility, God, and mom's homemade apple pie were all that mattered". However, no one can seem to find it. The author, Warren Ellis, gives us a glimpse of the results that the moral majority's policies would achieve if this were to happen
